On Thursday, June 4th 2009 at 5:30PM PST we are replaceming the UPS battery backup in rack A6, this will require that Windows4 and cPanel5 be rebooted. Downtime will be 15-20 minutes. Please refrain from making any changes or updates to your content at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Email should not be lost during this time as it will be queued up on our relay server until the servers come back online. If you have any questions please contact our support staff.

At 5:30pm PST today I will be replacing a hard drive in cowboys that is currently failing, downtime should be minimal, 30 minutes max. Please contact support with any questions.

We will be moving cPanel 5 to a new location in the data center at 4:30 pm PST. The downtime should be minimal, we plan to have the server back up and running at 4:45 pm PST. Thank you.

At 3:00pm PST today, we will be updating the MySQL server from 4.1 to 5.0.67 as recommended by cPanel developers for security reasons. Please update your software as needed to be compatible with MySQL 5.0. Most users won’t notice a difference between the two other then a performance increase.
