AMHosting Referral Program Guidelines

The AMHosting team thanks you for your interest in our referral program. The form below can be used to notify us of who it was that referred you to our services.

Keep in mind that referrals must meet the following guidelines:

The new client must sign up under their own name and be billed seperately from the referring client.
Credit will be applied to the referrers account after the referred client has been with our company for 60 days.
The referral form must be filled out and submitted within the 60 day period.
This promotion does not apply to our resellers.

A valid telephone number our billing department can reach you at.

The date the new account was created.

Sign-Up Date:

Select Date

Name of current client who referred you.

Referred by:

Valid email address of client who referred you.

Email Address:

Valid telephone number of client who referred you.

Phone Number:

i.e. prices, control panels, support, etc.
